I picked up this Yuzu Kosho to use as a topping and it has become a staple in my kitchen. The yuzu citrus and chili pepper flavor is strong and bright, and like wasabi you can add as much as you like to control the heat. I have used it on meat, noodles, California rolls, and in a hot pot, and it works well every time. The 4.2 oz jar is a convenient size, and the ingredients list is short and clear. A little goes a long way, so it lasts.
